In partnership with Lindauer, UTEC is seeking a highly strategic and mission-driven Chief Development Officer to join their team. A nationally recognized organization supporting justice-involved young adults in Massachusetts, UTEC has been committed to helping young people overcome violence and poverty and achieve social and economic success through education,
employment, and social enterprise.
Now celebrating its 25th anniversary, UTEC is poised to further its mission with the guidance of an innovative CDO.
Ideal candidates will bring a proven track record in leading development teams, a commitment to social justice, and experience with campaign leadership. This is a unique opportunity to drive impact at an organization making a real difference in the lives of underserved young people.
In this role, you will:
- Develop a comprehensive revenue strategy, with an initial focus on expanding UTEC’s individual donor base.
- Lead UTEC’s major anniversary campaign to support sustainable growth and long-term impact.
- Manage a team of five professionals, with a focus on donor engagement, stewardship,and organizational partnership.
- Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of key individual and institutional donors.
- Provide vision, mentorship, and best-practice systems to ensure robust development operations.
