Position Summary: Waypoint Adventure is seeking an experienced and dynamic Development Manager to join our team. This role is essential in helping to drive  fundraising efforts, strengthen donor engagement, and ensure the seamless execution of development operations. The Development Manager will collaborate closely with the Deputy Director, Executive Director, Grant Writer, and Marketing/Communications team to expand Waypoint Adventure's impact.
