Director of Advancement

The Director of Advancement plans, manages and implements activities that increase, diversify 
and sustain financial support for Brookview and its affiliates from individuals, corporations, 
foundations and public funders; identifies and oversees resources to write grant applications, 
case statements, major gift and sponsorship proposals, technical reports, communication 
materials, and other documents to support ongoing fundraising activities; and works closely 
within a team of highly committed professionals who oversee programming and develop new 
initiatives. 
The ideal candidate will be skilled advancement professional with the demonstrated ability to 
articulate a case of support to a wide array of audiences to further an organization’s mission and 
goals; a track record of success developing productive relationships with institutional leaders and 
financial supporters; and share the dedication and commitment of organizational leaders and 
staff members to Brookview’s mission and engage them in efforts to increase philanthropic 
support and transform engagement efforts.
