Major and Planned Giving Officer (hybrid)

Father Bill’s & MainSpring (FBMS) is seeking a mission-driven and forward-thinking development professional to join our team as a Major and Planned Giving Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to help lead a transformational fundraising campaign while building a robust pipeline of long-term donor support.

Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, the Major and Planned Giving Officer will play a key role in securing campaign and long-term philanthropic support for FBMS. We are seeking candidates who are not only experienced and successful in frontline fundraising, but who also bring a vision for prospect identification, donor engagement, and legacy giving.

This position will be responsible for cultivating and soliciting major donors capable of making 5- and 6-figure contributions, while also building and leading a comprehensive planned giving program. The Officer will work closely with the CDO, CEO, and Senior Director of Development to advance donor relationships across the giving spectrum.
