The Associate Director of Annual Giving is responsible for leading efforts in the acquisition and outreach for annual giving programs, focusing on increasing donor participation, revenue, and engagement. This role will oversee a diverse set of initiatives, including crowdfunding campaigns, Giving Day, and texting-to-give programs, all while managing a portfolio of donors. The Associate Director will also lead the student giving and calling program and work closely with the Senior Director of Annual Giving to strategize and implement campaigns targeting young alumni. Additionally, the Associate Director will manage the Annual Giving Coordinator, ensuring effective support for the department’s efforts.
