Development Officer

As the Animal Rescue League of Boston’s next Development Officer, you won’t just "raise money." You will be a bridge-builder —connecting compassionate donors to the programs that help animals heal and thrive, keep pets and people together, and protect animals from harm.

We are looking for an impact-driven professional with 2–5 years of experience in relationship management—whether that’s in traditional fundraising, community organizing, or sales.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Sees the Big Picture: You understand that fundraising is the engine that drives social change.
• Is a Natural Connector: You have 2–5 years of experience building authentic donor and client relationships.
