Major Gifts Officer

The Major Gift Officer is an experienced frontline fundraiser who manages a portfolio of individual donors, working closely with curators, volunteers, and Museum leadership to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward major gifts in support of PEM’s ambitious goals.

As part of a collaborative, mission-driven team, the MGO approaches philanthropy through authentic relationships, thoughtful partnership, and curiosity. We’re looking for someone who is as comfortable listening as leading, values kindness and respect, and is excited to contribute to a culture of generosity, shared purpose, and continuous learning.

This is a hybrid in-office/remote opportunity.
